MTNL offers wide range of Bill payment options for the convenience of its customers. Now there is no worry of long queues for paying your bills. Select any one of the options mentioned below and pay your MTNL bills with ease.

You can pay your bills online using Credit Card or net banking facility by visiting our website "http://mtnlmumbai.in and clicking "Print/Pay your bill icon or "Self Care " icon.

You can also pay by registering with Bill Desk or Bill Junction.

Pay by Cash or Cheque at any of our customer service centers or at Area Bill Payment Centers.

Simply Drop your cheque along with counter foil of the bill into select Standard Chartered, ICICI and Bill Box drop boxes which are conveniently located at all suburban railway stations and important places.

  • Central Bank of India.

Now paying your Landline bill gets easy

Just Dial 1296 (toll free) from your MTNL Landline or Mobile Number and follow the IVRS (Interactive Voice Response System)

Give Your Landline Number and CA number

After Confirmation of Landline Number & CA Number you will be informed about your last outstanding bill.

Make payment through your Credit Card & please note your Transaction Number for future references.

Note: - No payment of bill is allowed after due date, with this IVRS system.

Process

Dial 1296 ---->Choose your Language----> Give your Landline Number & CA Number------> Listen Your Outstanding Bills ----->Make payment by using your credit card----->Keep your Transaction Number.

Pay your MTNL bills by cash at more than 300 post offices and by cheque at 20 post offices spread all over Mumbai, Navi Mumbai & Thane.

Relieve yourself from hassles of paying the telephone bills by filling ECS Mandate form.

Your Bank will automatically pay your bills. You need to submit an ECS Mandate form at MTNL CSC authorizing your bank to pay your bills. Bank deposits your account 21 days after the bill date. You can also fix an upper limit for this deposit. Also you get a discount of 1% upto a maximum of Rs.250/- by paying bills through this option.

Pay an amount equivalent to 6 months or 1 year bill amount by advance deposit and earn interest on it. Monthly bill amount will be deducted from the deposit.

You can choose to pay from any of the Axis Bank ATM's located at various parts of the city anytime.

Pay your Telephone bills at 17 Central Telegraph Offices /Departmental Telegraph Offices.
