Please Note :
- MTNL has revised pulse rates in Landline and CDMA One India Plan for intra circle calls (up to 50 kms) to Fixed / WLL(F) / BSNL Fixed w.e.f 01.05.2013. The pulse rates for these calls has been revised from 180 seconds to 60 seconds.These changes will not be applicable for customers who have subscribed this plan in last six months , however revised changes will be applicable to them upon completion of six months.
- In Plan-179 only incoming plan, 0utgoing facility is allowed with VCC card. Broadband facility is also permitted.
- A rebate of Rs.250 each will be given for customer owned telephone instrument and customer's own internal wiring.
- In case of surrender of telephone without MTNL provided instrument within 3 years, Rs.150 will be recovered from Security Deposit.
- Shifting charges : Rs.100 for same or inter exchange (no charges for within same premises).
- Concessions for Special Categories such as Senior Citizens (only applicable for Economy Plan 250)
a) 25% concession on installation charges of Rs.500
b) 25% concession on rental of Rs.250 per month (Economy plan)
- Service tax 12.36% extra.
