MSITS, a Joint Venture of MTNL & STPI has set up a State-of-the Art Data Centre Facility, strategically located at STPI building, Taramani, Chennai with follwing salient features:

• Over 1600 Sq.Ft. of hosting space.
• Tier III standard Data Centre with highly secure physical infrastructure, including the latest in biometric authentication, video survillance etc.
• Eliminates any single point of failure with multiple layers of redundancy in power systems, HVAC and fire detection and suppression.
• All systesm are monitored 24x7 through BMS.
• N+n redundancy: N+n redundant uninterruptible power, connectivity and fire protection.
• Round the clock support: We provide support at 365x24x7 basis which includes technical support, monitoring, and reporting services supported by experienced and certified professionals drawn from various fields of expertise.
• Guaranteed Service Levels : Service Level Agreement (SLA) that provides guarantees for 100% power and network availability. Key services area also backed with guarantees for installation times and problem identification and response.
• Wide Spectrum of Services: Presently MSITS is offering Racks hosting services. Other services including managed hosting, co-location, disaster recovery, system integration, business continuty, managed security, storage and backup, virtualization, cloud computing and a range of application services shall be offered on case to case basis.
